How to market to companies

Finding new target markets.

Our initial target market was mothers of college students. This strategy was effective because moms would pay $35 for free shipping. However, the margins were small. After two years of establishing a business, I changed the strategy to target companies. Companies often make bulk orders and pay for shipping, resulting in higher profits.

We have focused on SEO from the beginning. We are 8th on google when you type in “custom care packages” and 7th when you type in “bulk care packages” (results may vary on location). These organic search results help maintain our business by passively finding customers.
